UBA Insurance Services, Inc respects our client's privacy and the information you share on our site.  We appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.  By visiting www.ubainsuranceexchange.com, you are accepting the practices described in our privacy notice.

Information you give us:

When you fill out online forms, we did not ask pertinent information like social security number, banking information, etc.  All contracting information and any information that contains private information SHOULD ONLY be uploaded using the Secure Email Upload and not emailed directly.  All information on the contracting forms and other forms that contain private information are kept private in our secure firewalled database that is not stored on the internet.

Updating Your Information:

Any information that needs to be updated, like address, email, phone numbers or direct deposit information needs to be done so via phone at 866-332-0085.  You can also email us a document with the changes using the Secure Email Upload link located on the Broker Forms section at the bottom of most website pages for ubainsuranceexchange.com

Email Communications:

We periodically will send an agent newsletter informing them of procedural, carrier and other changes and updates.  We have an opt-out to receiving these emails by clicking on the bottom of the email newsletter.  To make sure that your newsletter does not go into SPAM folder or to ensure that it gets delivered, please add news@ubainsuranceexchange.com to your whitelist.
